Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (IATA: CDG, ICAO: LFPG)
Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is the largest international airport in France and the second busiest airport in Europe. Located in Roissy-en-France, Val-d’Oise, about 23 km north-east of central Paris, CDG serves over 67 million passengers per year and connects France to more than 350 destinations worldwide.
CDG has three main terminal complexes — Terminal 1, Terminal 2 (with six sub-terminals: 2A, 2B, 2C, 2D, 2E and 2F), and Terminal 3 for low-cost carriers. All terminals offer a wide range of shopping, dining, lounges, and services. A free shuttle (CDGVAL) connects all terminals around the clock.
The RER B train is the quickest and most affordable way to reach central Paris in about 30–35 minutes. Taxis, private transfers, buses (Roissybus, Les Cars Air France), and car hire are also available. The airport is well connected to Paris via the A1 and A3 motorways.
“CDG is a world-class airport with excellent transport links to central Paris. The RER B made getting into the city fast and hassle-free.”
